CHECK OUT INTERVIEW WITH VERA PROJECT CO-DIRECTOR

Seattle Weekly
Vera Project’s week-long fundraiser, “A Drink For the Kids” is a series of nights at bars in which a portion of drink proceeds go to Vera Project, capped off by a set from Brite Futures (formerly Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head) at Neumos. Tonight, the drinking begins at West 5. Vera’s (http://www.theveraproject.org/) got all the details. To help fuel the excitement of the week, Nick Turner, co-director of Vera, spoke to Seattle Weekly about KEXP, vitaminwater, and why we won’t be drinking for the kids at Vera anytime soon. Check out the full interview at the link, and be sure to head over to Vera’s site for a full listing of the hosts of “A Drink For the Kids.”
